How can my child play for UDA?

  • Register to attend our FREE tryouts and player placements beginning May 25, 2023. Visit our website for dates for your specific age group.

When is the admissions deadline?

  • We do not have a deadline for admissions. We are open to new players year-round but we recommend attending tryouts.

When are practices & games?

  • Practices are twice a week on set dates and times set by the coach. Practices are indoors in the winter. Teams play 1 or 2 games per week. Practices are held on the in Salt Lake County (Rose Park, Glendale, West Valley, Taylorsville). Home games are held at Westpointe Park (1920 Colonel Road Salt Lake City, UT 84116) and Jordan Park (1060 S. 900 W. Salt Lake City, UT 84104).

Do players travel for tournaments?

  • Teams may compete in tournaments locally and out-of-state. These tournaments are an extra cost and participation will depend on the coach and team.

How much is the registration fee?

  • Registration fees are age based and all players registering to play competitively must pay each year. The fees are set by the governing league Utah Youth Soccer Association (UYSA).

What is needed for new player registration?

How much are the uniforms?

  • The cost of uniforms ranges from $100 to $150 depending on age group. The required kit does not include costs for warm-ups gear, bag/backpacks, but they are optional add-ons. 

What is the cost to play for UDA?

  • The overall cost includes the UYSA registration fee, club fee covering the full year, and uniform cost (every other year). The club fee varies by age group as well as financial status. We offer different types of financial aid: fee waiver for players who receive free and reduced lunch at school, family discounts for families who have more than one player on the team, and work-2-play.
